Routine legal consultation is provided by four attorneys experienced in child care issues. The legal services that are offered and included in the low cost of MACCP membership includes the following services:
- Telephone Consultation
Get answers to routine legal questions about employment practices, contractual issues, procedures for child release to non-custodial parents, and other concerns that come up in the day to day operation of your business. - Document Review
Our attorneys will review parent contracts, parent handbooks, personnel policy manuals, collection letters, and any other routine business documents for accuracy and comprehensiveness. - Sample Documents
To further assist you in the creation of documents required by your business, MACCP attorneys will make samples of such documents as parent contracts, personnel policy manuals, child release policy, job applications, and conditional job offers, among others. - Attorney Referral
In matters that require more than routine handling such as a court appearance, our attorneys will provide a referral to an attorney experienced in your area of need, who will handle the more complex matter at reduced, competitive rates.
